UNION CHAPEL
It all begins with an idea.
In 2015, the Women’s Club of Satsuma embarked on a project that will greatly benefit our community. A
historic replica of the old Union Church that was built on Bayou Avenue West, in Satsuma in 1915/1916.
When the building is completed it will be given to the City of Satsuma to be used for weddings and other
community services. The replica of the old Union Church is located at Steele Creek.
We are a 501(c) (3) organization so your gift can be used as a tax exemption. We currently have several
areas where you can contribute. Large donations will have a designated place of honor and plaques for
different levels of contributions. Contact Us for more information.
Help us “Pave the Way” to our chapel.
Paver bricks are to be laid in the walkway leading
up to the chapel. We are offering these paver
bricks to recognize you or your family as a
permanent remembrance. They are 4” x 8” and
some examples are pictured below.
